The 11th SIRWEC 2002 Sapporo was concluded successfully on January 28, 2002.
We deeply appreciate both the cooperation and contributions received from everyone involved.




Standing International Road Weather Commission (SIRWEC) is a conference which is held every 2 years for researchers and technicians to exchange information about the latest technology concerning roads and a variety of weather conditions. This conference aims to present research findings related to roads and specific weather forecasts as well as metrological instruments and related technology.
